It is rather simple. You are on your journey with Jesus?
Then you have something to talk about, to imitate, to share – with the youngest in your team, with the cheeky misfit or even with the hero, who is working with several generations behind him.
Right in the middle of your daily routine, while going shopping, being at home, having lunch with friends, in your church, in your leadership team, or in a meaningful face-to-face-conversation, personally, via phone or skype. Always helpful, always thinking about the next step.

Being a mentor
You already are a mentor and want to develop yourself further, you have questions about your mentoring relationships? We’ll give advice and support from our experience.

Training mentors
Your mentees have already learnt a lot. The time has come for the next generation of mentors, in your church, in your network, your region.
We’ll support you training new mentors.
